The Old Town House in North Yarmouth was a project near and dear to our hearts. We refinished with the goal of preserving the character of the floor while also giving it new life. This historic floor is made of Maple and has been refinished with ProCoat H2Oil.

This floor features a maple strip down the middle, a unique part of it's history. When the building was moved, the floor was cut in half and rejoined by Andy after the move.

The door transition unfortunately didn't make it through the restoration as it had significant deterioration, so Fat Andy's was kind enough to donate a new piece of maple to replace it. A little new in with the old and one more piece added to the history of the Old Town House.
